西安迪卡侬员工绩效考核体系的探讨 摘 要 绩效考核，不仅针对员工，同时针对各层级的管理者，包括最高层管理者。绩效考核的结果不仅仅是职级升降、奖惩的依据，更重要是作为绩效改进的重要依据。本文通过对西安迪卡侬绩效考核体系现状的评估、诊断，找出影响西安迪卡侬绩效考核体系的考核效果的根本性问题，并针对发现的问题，在绩效考核体系改进原则的指导下，参照西安迪卡侬的现实状况，形成绩效考核体系改进措施。最后通过绩效沟通辅导和绩效激励等手段，提高员工工作主动性，提升管理者和员工的系统思考能力和系统执行能力，从而推动西安迪卡侬整体绩效的迅速提高。 关键词：迪卡侬；绩效考核；内部审计 ABSTRACT Performance evaluation,?not only for the?staff,?at the same time according to different?level managers,?including the most?senior managers.?The results of performance appraisal?is not only?the rank of?lifting,?rewards and punishment,?it is more important?as an important basis forperformance improvement.?In this paper,?through the assessment?and?diagnosis of?the current performance appraisal system in?Xian decathlon,?find the root of?problems affecting?Xian decathlon?performance appraisal system of?the?assessment of the effect,?and?according to the problems found,?principle of improvement?in?performance appraisal system?under the guidance of the?reality of the situation?with reference to the Xian?decathlon?performance appraisal system,?the formation of?the improvement measures.?Finally,?the performance of communication?counseling?and?performance incentives?and other means,?to improve theinitiative of the employees,?enhance the execution?ability of?system?thinking and?systemmanagers and employees,?so as to promote the?rapid increase in?the overall?performance?of the?Xian decathlon.
