龙华电厂新员工培训问题及对策分析 摘 要 企业为了求得生存和发展，就必须加强自己核心能力的建设，而核心能力包括人力资源的开发和员工的培训。目前，许多企业已经意识到这两方面的重要性，越来越多的企业开始重视对员工岗位知识和技能的培训工作，把培训作为人力资源管理的重要任务。龙华电厂作为一个中型企业，近年来的发展过程中把员工的培训作为企业承前启后、继往开来的重要环节。但就目前而言龙华电厂的培训存在只注重形式，不重内容和实际效果，同时忽略了广大员工的感受，致使培训效果差，理论与实际相脱节，不能满足企业发展的要求，成为企业发展进步中的桎梏环节。因此，有必要来探析龙华电厂在员工培训工作中存在的问题，针对找出的问题进行分析，以及在企业今后的发展中能起到引领航向的作用。 关键词：新员工,培训,龙华电厂 Analysis and Countermeasures of?the new?employee training of?Longhua power plant ABSTRACT In order to survive and development, Enterprice must strengthen the construction of their own core competencies and core competencies Include the development and training of human resources staff.
