The first mining law was proclaimed in the year 1300, the first text books devoted to mining and metalluical industry were published in the Midlle Ages,the exploration of the causesof minners diseasesstarted in the first half of th the 16 century .The mining education has reached a high level . Mining industry development was caused by rich ore deposit occurrence ,and the importance of coal mining rose later.Rich deposits of coal contributed to a rapid industralization ,especially during the 30 of last century. At the same time , there was a rapid growth of coal production.
