Methods According to the research needs， 86 patients with diabetic hyperosmolar coma were included in this experiment. All patients were randomly sampled from August 2018 to August 2019 in our hospitals emergency department. The enrolled patients all received the same emergency rescue. After the experiment began， the enrolled patients were divided into two-color ball method. The red ball and blue ball respectively represent the comprehensive care group and the conventional care group. Comprehensive care and routine care were implemented respectively. Each group was included 43 patients. Compare the improvement of clinical signs， serum osmotic pressure and fasting blood glucose level between the two groups. Results Observe and compare the improvement of clinical signs between the two groups. It can be obtained that the time for the serum osmotic pressure to return to the normal level and the fasting blood glucose level to return to the normal state in the comprehensive care group are shorter than that in the conventional care group. It is obviously better than the conventional nursing group（P0.05）. Conclusion In the process of emergency treatment of patients with diabetic hyperosmolar coma， the implementation of meticulous and comprehensive comprehensive nursing measures in time can achieve the desired results.
