国际贸易新形式：跨境电子商务新研究 ——以亚马逊物流为例 【摘要】在互联网的飞速发展和经济全球化的氛围下，跨境电子商务的热潮此起彼伏。与传统对外贸易相比，跨境电商更加灵活且便捷，这使得跨境电商迅速发展。跨境物流为适应跨境电子商务的需求应运而生，相对于国内物流运输，跨境物流还有很多问题有待优化，比如运输路线复杂、成本高，还涉及跨境清关业务等，若想促进跨境电商快速发展，优化跨境物流运输非常重要。作为全球最大的跨境电子商务平台，亚马逊的物流模式可以作为跨境电子商务物流的模范。本文主要以亚马逊电商中国卖家的角度出发，研究了跨境物流现在存在的问题和解决方案。第一部分介绍了国际跨境电商的基本概况和跨境物流运输的基本形式；第二部分详细分析了亚马逊物流的操作模式，即海外仓与第三方物流对跨境电商贸易的影响；第三部分对海外仓和第三方物流进行了SWOT分析；最后一部分则是从亚马逊物流的操作模式出发，为跨境电商企业提供了一些建议。 【关键词】跨境电商；跨境物流；亚马逊 New forms of International Trade: A New Study of Cross-border E-commerce -- Take Amazon Logistics as An Example [Abstract] With the rapid development of the Internet and economic globalization, the upsurge of cross-border e-commerce has emerged one after another. Compared with traditional foreign trade, cross-border e-commerce is more flexible and convenient, which leads to the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce. In order to meet the needs of cross-border e-commerce, cross-border logistics has emerged as The Times require.
