Network tech no logy with its own in formatio n ， the advantages of high speed on the management of university education has an important impact on the realization of the comprehensive and efficient management of education in Colleges and uni versities. But the disadva ntages of n etwork in formati on bring challe nges to the educati on man ageme nt in Colleges and universities. Therefore , it is needed to analyze the in flue nee of n etwork tech no logy on the man ageme nt of university education. The illustrated the importanee of college educatio n and teachi ng man ageme nt of the tech ni cal developme nt of the n etwork at the same time , positive and negative effects of a specific analysis of the network tech no logy of higher educati on man ageme nt and on the basis of this , in view of the negative impact of proposed specific soluti ons. Key words n etwork tech no logy ; college educatio n man ageme nt in flue nee 1网络技术对高校教育管理的积极影响 1.1促进高校教育形式、模式、方法和内容的转变 （1）促进高校教育形式的转变。传统的教育形式主要是以书本 信息为主的学习材料，学生的学习较为被动，教师的教学机械化、教 条化，没有实现师生之间的互动交流。而随着信息网络技术的发展， 改变了传统教学形式，实现了生动化、形象化的情境教学。比如，在 课堂上投影仪、幻灯机、录像机等网络技术发展下衍生出的工具的使 用。这些新型教学工具的使用为学生营造了生动、 形象的课堂学习氛 围，加强了学生对知识的理解，实现了师生之间的互动。同时，学校 的教育管理工作不再局限在对同一年级的管理， 而是利用网络技术平 台打造的第二课堂以及学生社团，实现了对在校学生的综合性管理。 （2） 促进高校教育模式的转变。传统的高校教育管理局限在教 室、实验室和图书馆等场所，教育管理的环境较为封闭。而网络技术 的发展，加快了各种信息之间的传递和交流， 进而改善了传统的教育 管理环境，在原有教育管理环境下，又增加了多媒体教室、网络自习 室等，方便学生利用课余时间进行自主学习， 构建了开放化的教育管 理模式。 （3） 促进高校教育方法的转变。传统的教育方法是讲授法，课 堂气氛压抑，学生的学习被动、枯
