、■ C liuix iJ log 本科毕业设计（论文） 题目：浅析建筑行业资金管理存在的问题与对 策 教学单位： 经济管理一系 专 业： 会计学 学 号： 1009061334 姓 名： 指导教师： 2014年5月 摘要 最近几年来因为金融危机及通货膨胀等要素的影响，建筑施工企业面临着前所 未有的风险和挑战，资金管理存在的问题越来越多，严重影响施工企业的正常运转, 直接危及到企业的牛存发展。所以，资金管理问题已经成为施工企业经营管理活动 中一项非常重要的问题。随着市场经济的进一步发展，建筑企业如雨后春笋般发展, 但仍然有不少建筑企业出现了资金问题，拖欠款现象越来越严重等。这样的现状不 仅仅破坏了社会的经济秩序，对企业间的信誉交易也产生了很大的负面影响，对施 工单位的正常运转提出了严峻的考验，同时对社会的稳定带来了负面影响，关于这 些问题，建筑行业应当认真思考资金出现问题的原因，适时选择应对措施，在资金 管理方面做足文章，以降低经营风险，进一步改善企业的发展状况。 在这样的背景下，通过对我国建筑行业的资金管理进行调查研究，以中建八局 为例，总结出建筑行业的资金管理存在的问题，根据所得出的结果分析造成这种现 象的原因，给出建议并采取措施，加强企业的全面预算管理，建设资金结算中心， 利用网络进行资金管理，加强资金管理制度建设等，使建筑行业能够快速健康的发 展。 关键词：资金；资金管理；建筑企业 Abstract In recent years because of the financial crisis and the effects of inflation andotherfactors, construction enterprises are facing unprecedented risks and challenges, andproblems inthe management of an increasing number of funds, seriously affecting the normal operation oconstruction enterprises, directly threatening the survival of enterprises.
