南京工业大学本科生毕业设计（论文） 城置国际花园城工程监理规划 摘 要 监理规划作为监理单位对一个工程项目监理的表现形式,它贯穿着整个监理工作的全 部过程。监理规划的基本作用就是指导项目监理机构对工程项目的监理工作。 监理规划是监理单位接受业主委托并签订委托监理合同之后,在项目总监理工程师的 主持下,根据委托监理合同,在监理大纲的基础上,结合具体的工程情况,广泛收集工程信 息和资料的情况下制定的,经监理单位技术负责人批准,用来指导项目监理机构全面开展 监理工作的指导性文件。 本监理规划是针对城置国际花园城而编制。规划的特点应具备预定性、目标性、实 践性和科学性。从工程实际出发,从筹建单位需要和利益出发,为项目工程服务,切实保障 筹建单位和各参建单位的根本利益和工程成果,使其所带来的效益和指导意义惠及更广。 关键词 :监理规划 监理机构 科学性 I Abstract Chengzhi International Garden Project Management Planning Abstract Supervision plan is a form of the supervising organization playing its role in giving guidance of engineering project. Supervision plan is regarded as a guiding paper that the living owners entrusting the supervising organization,directed by the chief engineering supervisor.It is based on the contract and the outline of supervisor,associated with the engineering situation in detail,and formulated by collecting overall information and materials.It needs to be approved by the supervisor who is responsible for technology and take a lead in the work of supervising. The supervision plan is for Chengzhi International Garden Project Management preparation. The characteristic of planning should have a predetermined, objective, practical and scientific. It starts from the present reality of engineering and is based on the need of organization ready to establish and its benefits.It does service to the projective engineering and ensures the fundamental interests and achievements in order to bring more benefits as well as its significance of guidance.
