绿茶多糖的制备及其含量测定 【摘要】 目的建立一种稳定、简便的绿茶多糖含量测定方法。方法采用精制绿茶多糖测得绿茶多糖对葡萄糖的换算因子后 , 样品经除杂处理后 , 用 苯酚－硫酸法测定绿茶中多糖的含量。结果用此方法测定多糖的标准曲线 , 其相关系数为 0.999 7, 平均回收率为 99.62 % , 相对标准偏差为 1.94%。结论该方法所需仪器简单，操作方便 , 显色稳定，重现性好，适合于绿茶及其制品的多糖 含量的常规检测。 【关键词】 绿茶 多糖 提取 苯酚－硫酸法 Preparation and Determination of Polysaccharide from Green Tea Abstract:ObjectiveTo develop a stable and simple method to measure the polysaccharide in Green Tea.MethodsAfter the conversion coefficient of polysaccharide from Green Tea to glucose was obtained , the content of polysaccharide was measured by phenol-sulfuric acid method.
