一、绪论 PAGE PAGE 9 摘 要 我国于1978年开始实行改革开放政策，40年以来中国迎来飞速发展的信息化时代，互联网蓬勃兴起，通信方式发生了巨变，各行各业都发生了变化，尤其是在交互技术，互联网平台这些方面。2011年，著名的咨询公司麦肯锡（McKinsey）正式公布了“大数据：创新，竞争和生产力的下一个前沿”的研究报告，标志着世界进入大数据时代。云计算以IT技术领头羊的形势出现在人们面前，自从一出世起便受人瞩目，在短短几年中以令人诧异的速度日渐成熟壮大。如今，各行各业都在努力发展和使用云计算这一技术,以试图改善自己的技术环境，会计行业也不例外。在会计电算化出现之后，会计行业信息化的呼声日益高涨，在会计信息化与云计算技术的不断发展中，自然而然的碰撞出了云会计这一产物。云会计大大简化了会计行业日常的业务，且它的低成本高收益特性更是让它成为了中小企业所青睐的对象，有很多人认为云会计是会计信息化发展中所必将到达的一个新的阶段，云会计将取代传统会计记账软件也是必然的趋势，再加上近年来中小企业成为了云会计软件应用的主力军，因此本文对大数据背景下云会计软件应用的探究显得尤为必要。 关键词：大数据　互联网+　云计算　云会计 Abstract China began to implement the reform and opening-up policy in 1978.
