PAGE 7 摘 要 石家庄地铁于2012年9月28日开工建设，根据国务院批准的《石家庄市城市轨道交通建设规划（2012－2020年）》要求，到2020年将建成轨道交通1、2、3号线一期工程，总长59.6公里，全部为地下网线，这三条线路将构成轨道交通骨干线网。其中，1号线、3号线部分地铁段于2017年6月26日开通运营。河北省会石家庄市成为了河北省第一座、华北地区第三座拥有轨道交通的城市，也是全国第一个初始就开通运行了两条线路的城市。石家庄轨道交通的开通运营是石家庄市建设发展的一件大事,地铁发展为石家庄市发展带来了无限商机，大力地发展地铁建设，更加促进了石家庄市的生机与活力。地铁与城市的发展的联系日趋紧密，带来了巨大的经济、社会、环境效益。 关键词：地铁建设 城市发展 地铁效益 Abstract The construction of Shijiazhuang subway project was officially started on September 28, 2012. The scheme of Shijiazhuang rail transit network mainly reflects the layout of large radiation and small square composed of six lines, among which there are three backbone lines and three auxiliary lines. The total length of the line network is 241.7 kilometers, which initially forms the main framework of the rail transit network. According to the requirements of Shijiazhuang urban rail transit construction plan (2012-2020) approved by the state council, the first-phase project of line 1, line 2 and line 3 of rail transit will be completed by 2020, with a total length of 59.6km. All the three lines are underground network lines, which will constitute the backbone network of rail transit. Among them, some subway sections of line 1 and line 3 were put into operation on June 26, 2017. Shijiazhuang became the first city in Hebei province and the third in north China to have a subway, and also the first city in China to have two lines initially opened. Subway construction is a major event in urban development of Shijiazhuang in recent years. The subway development has brought unlimited business opportunities to development of Shijiazhuang, and the subway construction has been vigorously developed, which further promotes the vitality and vigor of Shijiazhuang. The relationship between subway and urban development is getting closer and closer, which brings huge economic, social and environmental benefits.
