揿针耳穴埋穴治疗骨质疏松症临床研究 Clinical study of auricular point pressing needle and embedding in the treatment of osteoporosis YANG Jianwei， JIANG Xiaoyong， SHA Yifei（Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of Beizhan Community Health Service Center of Jingan District， Shanghai *****， China） *****T Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of auricular point pressing needle and embedding in the treatment of osteoporosis. Methods： Eighty-eight patients with osteoporosis（liver and kidney deficiency） were collected and randomly divided into a pressing needle treatment group and a control group with 44 cases in each group. The control group was given routine basic treatment and auricular point self compression for 18 months. On the basis of routine basic treatment， in the pressing needle treatment group， the single ear kidney area combined with lumbosacral vertebra or liver area combined with cervical vertebra was selected， and buried with pressing needle， and 3 months were as a course of treatment for a total of 6 courses. The total effective rate， TCM symptom score and BMD of the two groups were observed. Results： The total effective rate of the pressing needle treatment group was 93.18%（41/44）， which was higher than of the control group 77.27%（34/44， P0.05）. The TCM symptom score of the pressing needle treatment group decreased from （21.45±4.17） points before treatment to （12.02±2.95） points after treatment， the control group was （20.45±3.30） points and （13.84±2.85） points， respectively and the differences between the groups were statistically significant（P0.01）. After treatment， the T value of the arm bone density of the pressing needle group was also better than that of the control group（P0.01）. Conclusion： Auricular point pressing needle and embedding（liver and kidney deficiency） can improve the clinical effect of basic treatment more effectively.
