随着计算机技术的飞速发展，电气化教学和无纸化办公的逐步完善，利用计 算机实现高校图书馆的图书借阅管理势在必行。近年来，随着高校办学规模的不 断扩大，学生人数增多，图书馆的图书数量也不断增多，若仍采用传统手工记录 的方式管理或用较为粗糙的管理软件，则耗费人力且错误率高。因此，开发适合 某高校自身的图书借阅管理系统，对图书进行科学管理，合理借阅，确保这些固 定资产保值增值，是十分必要的。使用本系统，可以使高校图书馆管理者更加方 便的进行图书的信息管理，借阅管理，系统数据的备份和恢复以及学生个人信息 查询和网丄预订等操作，有利于提高图书馆管理效率。该系统使图书借阅管理方 式从手工转向自动化，借鉴国际先进的管理思想，对图书馆管理工作进行规范化。 通过分析临近一些高校的图书馆管理现状，提出了运用计算机取代手工进行管理 的可行性解决方案，并在此基础上进行需求分析，设计整体架构、业务流程和数 据结构，编写程序，实现该系统的正常运行。系统采用Visual Basic程序语言设 计，可运行于Windows Vista和Windows 7操作系统。可针对不同用户来设置不 同的权限，以控制对系统屮各模块信息的浏览、添加、修改和删除。本系统为高 校进行图书借阅管理提供了可行的解决方案，完成了系统的基本功能，并提供了 易于扩充的框架，为今后高校设备管理工作的进一步完善打下良好基础。 本文首先介绍了系统所需的理论基础，包括程序开发语言Visual Basic和关 系数据库SQL Server的简介和特点，然后介绍和讨论了高校图书借阅管理系统 结构的设计和实现，并阐述了数据库在高校图书借阅管理屮的应用和实现方法。 关键词：高校图书借阅管理系统；VB编程；SQL Server关系数据库 Abstract Along with the rapid development of computer technology, electrification teaching and the paperless office the gradual improvement, by using computer to realize the library management in university library is imperative.
