自拟降脂汤治疗高脂血症 (痰湿血瘀型 )的临床效果 摘要目的： ?^ 察自拟降脂汤治疗痰湿血瘀型高脂血症的 临床效果。 方法：收集 2014 年 10 月― 2015 年 9 月收治的痰湿血瘀型高脂血症患者 93 例，随机分为自拟降脂汤组 31 例，给予自拟降脂汤 30 ml 每天 2 次；六君子汤组 31 例，给予 六君子汤 30 ml 每天 2 次；对照组 31 例，给予标准饮食调节和体育锻炼。分别检测三组治疗总有效率及治疗前、治疗 后 3、 6、 9 个月时的总胆固醇（ TG）、三酰甘油（ TC）、高 / 低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ H/LDL-C）水平。结果：对照组总有效率为 19.4%（6/31 ），六君子汤组为 71.2%（23/31 ），自拟降 脂汤组为 87.1%（ 27/31 ）。治疗 9 个月后，六君子汤组 TC、 HDL-C水平与对照组相比差异均有统计学意义（ P  TG、 关键词高脂血症；自拟降脂汤；痰湿血瘀型；临床效果 中图分类号：  R589.2  文献标志码：  A 文章编号： 1006-1533（ 2017） 10-0024-03 The clinical effect of homemade lipid-lowering decoction in treatment of hyperlipidemia （ wet phlegm and blood stasis type ） LU Hong WANG Tingting REN Yaping（ Anting Town Community Health Service Center of Jiading District ， Shanghai 201805， China） ABSTRACT Objective： To observe the clinical effect of homemade lipid-lowering decoction in treatment of hyperlipidemia（ wet phlegm and blood stasis type ）. Methods Ninety three patients with hyperlipidemia （ wet phlegm and  ： blood stasis type ） from October 2014 to September 2015 were collected and randomly divided into three groups with 31 in each. The patients in lipid-lowering decoction group received lipid-lowering decoction 30 ml each time ， 2 times a day. The patients in liujunzi decoction group received liujunzi decoction 30 ml each time ， 2 times a day. The patients in control group received standard diet and exercise. The clinical curative effect was calculated. The levels of triglyceride（ TC）， total cholesterol （TG）， and high/low density lipoprotein cholesterol ， H/LDL-C were observed before and after treatment for 3 ， 6 and 9 months. Results： The total effective rate was 19.4% （6/31 ）in control group ， 71.2%（23/31 ）in liujunzi decoction group and 87.1%（27/31 ）in lipid-lowering decoction group.
