摘要 国际贸易融资是化解进出口企业贸易发展资金困境的重要渠道， 在我国中小企业为主的贸易企业结构中， 有效的国际贸易融资总额比重较低， 相比于中小企业贸易发展增长情况而言， 中小企业的国际贸易融资发展缓慢， 这也成为影响中小企业进出口贸易发展的重要问题。 本文研究结合相关理论， 从财务管理视角， 对上海凯贸纺织公司为例的中小企业国际贸易融资问题进行研究。 明确该企业国际贸易融资的现状、 存在的问题及成因，并寻求治理之路， 以期能够在一定程度上促进该企业国际贸易融资的更好运用，促进企业贸易能力的提升。 关键词 ：中小企业，国际贸易融资，对策 ABSTRACT International trade financing is important to resolve the plight of import and export trade enterprises,and in structure of China the effective proportion of the international trade finance is lower compared with the growth of the trade that need to be cared. This study combined with the theory of financial management and combined with the example of the small and medium enterprise to analysis the situation, the problem and the reasons of the international trade financing to make the countermeasuresin order to promote the development of the international trade financing within the small and medium enterprises.
