兰州理工大学技术工程学院毕业设计简介 配料皮带秤 PLC 自动控制系统设计简介 专业：自动化 学号： 秦智杰 姓名：秦智杰 指导教师： *** 职称： 副教授 摘 要 本文主要运用 PLC 技术，通过传感器与 PLC之间的配合设计实现了一种十字路口交通灯智能控制系统。其中 PLC采 用西门子的 S7-200，传感器选用光电开关。系统实现的主要功能是根据车流量的变化自动调节红绿灯的时长。实现的具 体方法是： 首先在十字路口的东西南北四个方向的出口处和 150 米处各预设一个光电开关 , 通过加减计数器来统计出东西 向和南北向的车辆数，然后比较两个方向的车辆数，当两者只差小于 5 辆时看作正常情况处理，相应的当差距大于 5 时 调用异常情况处理程序来调节红绿灯时长，最后达到智能控制的目的。 关键字 ：PLC ；传感器；十字路口；智能交通 Abstract This design which main use PLC technology designed a kind of traffic intelligent control system through the coordination between the sensors and PLC. Among them, PLC was chose the Siemens PLC S7-200 and sensor was chose photoelectric switches. The main function of the system is based on the change of the traffic flow to adjust to automatically the time of traffic lights. The specific method is realized this: Firstly, embed photoelectric switch at the four directions of crossroads, the specific space are the exit of the road and the point which is far away 150-metres from the exit. Through add-subtract counter the system can count the number of vehicles of east-west and north-south, and then compared the number of vehicles of the two directions, When the difference is less than five, the system work as normal, on the contrary, When the difference is more than five, the system calls automatically the abnormal program to adjust the time of traffic lights, And finally achieve the purpose of intelligent control.
