伸指肌腱断裂修复治疗的研究进展 【摘要】 手伸指肌腱损伤在手外科中极为常见，目前主要采用传统的 8 字 缝合、十字缝合等，但是术后局部常出现隆起结节而影响外观，加上粘连，使 手指活动时受限，影响功能，常需要 2 次手术治疗，所以伸指肌腱损伤需要一 个系统的治疗方案。由此作者发明了一种克服以上缺点的新技术：交指样显微 编织缝合加玻璃酸钠术，即采用显微外科无创技术；编织缝合法增强抗拉力， 以重建肌腱最高强度的连续性；玻璃酸钠防止粘连，避免 2 次手术松解；保护 下系统的功能康复训练。 【关键词】 伸指肌腱损伤； 缝合技术； 防止粘连； 研究进展 Abstract ： The extensor tendon rupture is a common disease.Traditional m anagement includes 8 suture and cross suture.But second ope ration is commonly needed for the reason of postoperative No dules or adhesion.So a new technique is invented by the aut hor:micro- weave suture combined with sodium hyaluronate.The new techni
