PAGE 30 北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业论文 PAGE 3 深圳市海吉星农产品物流园发展研究 摘 要 农产品物流园的作用不可忽视。它能促进农产品物流的发展，而对整个国民经济的运行来说，农产品物流是极其重要的，毫无疑问农产品物流园对国民经济有重大意义。因此，研究农产品物流园的发展是有实际意义的。目前我国农产品物流园的发展面临盲目建设、理念认知错误、政府扶持不到位等一系列问题，如何突破瓶颈，实现发展，是农产品物流园亟待解决的问题。 本文通过已有的研究成果，阐述了农产品物流园的相关概念和国内农产品物流园的发展模式，同时分析当前国内农产品物流园在实际发展中存在的问题。再结合实地调查，对深圳市海吉星农产品物流园的发展现状进行评述，采用SWOT分析法，深入分析深圳市海吉星农产品物流园在当今发展背景下自身的优劣势条件，总结其向农产品物流园4.0时代迈进需面临的问题，最后提出解决其发展问题的对策。 关键词：农产品物流园4.0时代；深圳市海吉星农产品物流园；发展现状；发展问题；发展对策 Research on the development of Shenzhen haijixing agricultural products logistics park Abstract The function of Agricultural Products Logistics Park cannot be ignored, and it can affect the development of Agricultural Products Logistics. Moreover, Agricultural Products Logistics is of great importance in the national economy. There is no doubt that it is significant in the national economy for Agricultural Products Logistics Park. Therefore, it is of practical significance to study the development of Agricultural Products Logistics Park. At present, the development of Chinas Agricultural Products Logistics Parks are facing a series of problems of blind construction, wrong concept cognition and inadequate government support. How to break through the bottleneck and realize development is an emergent problem to be resolved in the Agricultural Products Logistics Park. By using the correlative research progress, this paper expounds the relevant concepts and development mode of domestic Agricultural Products Logistics Park, also analyses the actual state and the problems existing in developing. In addition, based on the on-the-spot investigation, the development status of Shenzhen Haijixing Agricultural Products Logistics Park was reviewed. More importantly, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Shenzhen Haijixing Agricultural Products Logistics Park under the current development background by using SWOT analysis method, and to sum up the problems it faces when it moves towards the fourth generation
