PAGE PAGE 18 茂名市农业物流园选址问题 摘 要 在国家推行供给侧改革，以及互联网物流发展迅猛的大背景下。物流园区的建设成为了提高城市生产活动效率，优化资源配置，美化城市环境的重要途径之一。在生产规模不断扩大的今天，生产活动的运输、销售对物流的依赖不断增加，建设物流园区的重要性越来越大。 因此，本文将基于茂名市是以农业发展为主的城市，以及目前物流发展迅速为背景。为了给茂名市农业物流发展提出一点建议，所进行拟建茂名市农业物流园区。其中，主要是用因素分析法，在茂名市的5个大区--茂南区、信宜、化州、高州、电白。初步拟选出，最为合适的地点。本文将通过对物流、农业物流、和茂名市的农业、农业物流的相关内容进行分析，最终通过定性和定量相结合的因素分析法，分析得出茂南区是最为适合建立农业物流园区的地点。 关键词：农业物流园区、选址、因素分析法 Location selection of agricultural logistics park in Maoming City abstract Under the background of supply side reform and rapid development of Internet logistics. The construction of logistics park has become one of the important ways to improve the efficiency of urban production activities, optimize the allocation of resources and beautify the urban environment. Today, with the continuous expansion of production scale, the transportation and sales of production activities are increasingly dependent on logistics, and the construction of logistics park is becoming more and more important. Therefore, this paper will be based on the background that Maoming city is a city with agricultural development as the main, and the current rapid development of logistics. In order to put forward some suggestions for the development of agricultural logistics in Maoming City, the proposed agricultural logistics park in Maoming City was built. Among them, factor analysis is mainly used in five major areas of Maoming City - Maonan District, Xinyi, Huazhou, Gaozhou, Dianbai. The most suitable place is to be selected preliminarily. In this paper, through the analysis of logistics, agricultural logistics, and Maoming Citys agriculture, agricultural logistics, and finally through the combination of qualitative and quantitative factor analysis, Maonan district is the most suitable location for the establishment of agricultural logistics park.
