PAGE 35 北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业论文 PAGE 1 广州市屏山石材批发市场石材物流管理问题研究 摘 要 在经济转型的当下，我国越来越多的企业意识到物流对产业优化的作用。企业开始尝试通过优化产业物流，进行控制和管理物流成本，达到降低物流成本从而提高产业收益的目标。石材作为装饰品，因其天然形成的色泽、独特的纹理而受到广大消费者的青睐，石材批发市场和其它形式的石材集群随之出现，石材行业因此发展迅速。我国石材资源矿山分散在不同的地方，需要把石材运往相对分散的石材需求地，这就形成了巨大的石材物流。石材的价格会因为石材颜色、质地、制作工艺而存在差异，但不论哪种石材，石材物流成本高都是影响石材价格的重要因素。 本文以广州市屏山石材批发市场石材物流为研究对象，介绍了广州市屏山石材批发市场的基本情况，并通过问卷方式，从采购、运输、装卸搬运、包装和流通加工、配送等物流要素角度，详细调查了屏山石材批发市场石材物流发展现状。分析其存在流通环节多，运输成本高；物流设施比较落后、陈旧；交易方式传统、缺乏物流管理意识；物流信息化管理投入不足等问题。提出了建立和完善第三方物流服务，降低运输成本；更新和完善设施设备，加强硬件建设；拓展线上交易渠道，聘用物流专业人才；建立石材交易信息平台，促进物流信息化建设的建议。 关键词：石材物流；石材批发市场；物流问题 Study on stone material logistics management in Pingshan stone wholesale market in Guangzhou city Abstract In the current economic transformation, more and more enterprises in China have realized the role of logistics in industrial optimization. Enterprises began to try to control and manage logistics costs by optimizing industrial logistics, so as to achieve the goal of reducing logistics costs and increasing industrial benefits.
