To remember some language points 3. Improve spoken English by free talk about a trip. 教 学 活 动 内 容 活 动 组 织 过 程 改 笔 Step 1. Lead in Lead in by a video of “Alice in the wonderland” Step 2. Preview check the preview results Step 3. Practice Discuss and finish Part A on p.57 Step4. Guessing Game The teacher gives the students some pictures about more amazing things in the world and let them guess the correct answers. Step 5. Practice Practice the dialogue in Part B on Page 57 and then let the students make a similar dialogue with the partner in groups using the adjectives in previous task. Step 6. Comic strip Show the cartoons for students. Ask: 1.What did Eddie see? 2. What did Hobo see? 3. Why didn’t Eddie think it is a plane? Let Ss practice the dialogue and act it out. Step7.Ability development Group work: Let the students watch the video of amazing animal world and learn more words and phrases. Step 8. Practice Give Ss 8 min to do Ex in study paper. Check the answers. Step 9. Homework 1.Finish the rest of the learning paper 2.Try to remember the words and phrases 3.Preview reading Students watch the video One group presents their ideas of amazing things while other groups offer some comment on the ideas.
