黑龙江省地方工科院校中外合作办学人才培养模式研究 摘要：中外合作办学作为我国高等教育国际化 发展的一种途径，越来越多的受到高校关注。工科院 校作为技术创新的重要驱动力，要发挥自身的优势， 创新人才培养模式是唯一的出路。因此，研究和探索 符合地方工科院校中外合作办学人才培养的模式，特 别是模式构建路径，对促进工科人才培养具有极其重 要的现实价值。本文以中外合作办学人才培养作为切 入点，就中外合作培养给黑龙江发展带来的现实价值 展开论述。同时综合文献综述法、访谈法等多种方法， 对黑龙江地方工科院校在中外合作办学人才培养的现 状及问题展开研究，并针对其中的问题找出归因，最 后从办学理念、师资队伍建设等方面提出自己的见解， 从而为黑龙江工科院校国际化人才培养提供有力参考。 Abstract： As a way of the inter nation alizati on of higher education in China, Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools is attracting more and more attention from colleges and universities. Engineering colleges are an important driving force of technological innovation. Inno vative tale nt training model is the only way for engineering colleges to play their own advantages・ Therefore, it is of great realistic value to research and explore the mode meeting Sino-foreign cooperative education talent training， especially the mode construction path in local engineering colleges, so as to promote the cultivation of engineering talents. Taking Sino-foreig n cooperative educati on tale nt trai ning as the starting point, this paper discusses the practical value brought by Sino-foreign cooperative education on the development of Heilongjiang. At the same time, this paper studies the current situation and problems of talent training in Sino-foreign cooperative education in local engin eeri ng colleges of Heil on gjiang by combing the literature review and interviewing methods, and finds out the attributi on for the problems.
