PAGE PAGE 23 摘 要 随着现代信息化的高速发展，影视传媒在人们的生活中占有十分重要的地位。人们的知识来源、精神追求不仅仅局限于书本，影视的多样化丰富了人们的视野。在当代，电视、电视改变了人们去学习、去获取、去捕捉新信息的方式，丰富并且完善了人们对外界感知信息的系统。影视传媒让人们得以足不出户便可以轻易收集到身边乃至全球的消息。 本论文以华谊兄弟传媒股份有限公司为例，首先对影视传媒的理论意义、使用价值和所分析的问题进行阐述；其次对华谊兄弟传媒股份有限公司2013—2017年财务报表进行分析，并对其进行偿债能力、运营能力、盈利能力三个方面的财务指标分析；最后，在上述问题的前提下，对2017年五大民营影视公司之间的对比，分析影视行业的竞争情况以及存在的问题，并借此提出了华谊兄弟传媒股份有限公司存在的风险因素和改进公司运营情况的改进建议，希望为我国的影视传媒公司发展提供可参考的内容 关键词：华谊兄弟传媒股份有限公司 财务报表 建议 Abstract With the rapid development of modern information technology, film and television media play a very important role in peoples lives. Peoples knowledge source and spiritual pursuit are not limited to books, but the diversification of film and television enriches peoples vision. In contemporary times, television and television have changed the way people learn, acquire and capture new information, enriched and improved the system of peoples perception of external information. Movie and television media enable people to easily collect information around and around the world without leaving home. This paper takes Huayi Brothers Media Co., Ltd. as an example. Firstly, it elaborates the theoretical significance, use value and problems of the film and television media. Secondly, it analyses the financial statements of Huayi Brothers Media Co., Ltd. from 2013 to 2017, and carries on the analysis of financial indicators in three aspects: solvency, operation ability and profitability. On the premise of this, this paper compares the five major private film and television companies in 2017, analyses the competition situation and existing problems in the film and television industry, and puts forward the risk factors existing in Huayi Brothers Media Co., Ltd. and suggestions for improving the operation of the company, hoping to provide reference for the development of Chinas film and television media companies.
