浅谈民营企业财务风险管理现状及对策分析—与天舟文化为例.docVIP

PAGE 19 摘　　要 在中国，国家经济增长的速度快慢和质量高低，与民营企业的发展有着直接关系，而企业的可持续发展和生命周期与企业的财务风险管理息息相关。近年来，我国民营企业除了受多变的国际经济大环境和国家宏观调控等影响，面对国内和国外竞争日益激烈的当下，加强对企业财务风险的管理和对策分析成了民营企业继续发展的必要条件。 本文首先客观地描述了民营企业的财务风险管理现状及其成因，并对此探讨了应对财务风险的对策，就个人观点对民营企业的财务风险，以天舟文化为例提出了相关看法，并估计了天舟文化可能会因为产业链布局和跨行业投资引发企业的经营风险，最后在此基础上着重强调了民营企业需要加强财务风险管理的重要性。本文以民营企业天舟文化为例，通过天舟文化近三年的财务报表数据，以天舟文化的图书与游戏行业阐述了天舟文化转型中存在的财务风险，从投资筹资角度论述其带来的经营风险，进而从财务风险角度为中国经济大环境下民营企业的生存和发展提出相关建议。 关键词：民营企业 财务风险 风险管理 天舟文化 Analysis of financial risk management status and countermeasures of private enterprises Abstract In China, the speed and quality of national economic growth are directly related to the development of private enterprises, and the sustainable development and life cycle of enterprises are closely related to the financial risk management of enterprises.
