PAGE PAGE 14 PAGE PAGE 10 摘要 近几年，我国经济发展迅速，各种潜在的风险日益凸显，财务风险是所有风险类型中对企业影响最大的一种，也是我国大多数企业急需解决的难题。这就要求我们企业要认识到财务风险控制的重要性，平时的生产经营活动中对财务风险方面进行严抓政策，对细微的风险问题进行及时解决，尽最大可能的降低由财务风险带来的损失，这样才能保证企业的长久发展。房地产公司属于资金密集型企业，在房地产行业中资金占据中流砥柱的地位，所以更应该重视财务风险的情况及其对财务风险的控制。在一个企业的运营中资金是必不可少的，资金在企业中的良性运行就是体现企业财务风险的关键。 本文重点对房地产公司的财务风险进行分析。本文首先对财务风险的概念，特征，类别等相关理论知识进行了介绍和梳理研究，然后以石家庄金正房地产开发有限公司为研究对象，通过对石家庄金正房地产开发有限公司的财务情况进行分析，指出了石家庄金正房地产开发有限公司存在偿债能力较弱，筹资困难，投资决策缺乏科学可行性，盲目投资扩张，资产周转不灵，资产使用效率低等的财务风险问题，并针对这些风险提出了相应的控制措施，同时也为同行业企业进行财务风险控制提供了一定的借鉴作用，帮助企业提高自身的抗风险能力和水平。 关键词：房地产公司；财务风险；控制 Abstract In recent years, with the rapid development of Chinas economy, a variety of potential risks have become increasingly prominent. Financial risk is the type of risk that has the greatest impact on enterprises, and it is also a problem that most enterprises in China urgently need to solve.
