摘 要 随着我国经济的发展，企业可能遇到危机和挑战越来越多，在这种形势中财务风险发生的可能也就增加了，而对财务风险的管理也就成为了企业继续生存发展的必要条件。风险存在于企业各种各样的经济活动中，无法规避，日益复杂多样的财务风险可能对企业造成的影响也越来越大，所以对财务风险提前进行有效控制是至关重要的。本文以美的集团为研究对象，美的集团自1986年成立以来，到现在已成为家电行业的翘楚，企业背后的风险管理体制自然是推动企业发展必不可少的前提。通过近几年美的集团各项财务指标的计算对公司的筹资风险、投资风险、运营风险进行研究分析，发现其在财务风险管理中还有不足之处，如企业员工风险意识薄弱、财务制度不够健全、经营业绩不突出、资产负债率高等问题，在分析其中存在的财务风险的基础上提出相应的管理策略，期待能够推动企业发展，实现利润最大化。 关键词：财务风险 美的集团 风险控制 Abstract With the increasing competition in Chinas economic market, the likelihood of financial risk arising in this form will increase as the economy develops and enterprises may encounter crises and challenges.Risk exists in the various economic activities of enterprises, and it is inevitable that more and more complex and diverse financial risks will affect enterprises more and more. Therefore, it is essential to effectively control financial risks ahead of time.Management is the foundation of everything.
