互联网企业财务风险管理研究—基于乐视的案例分析.docVIP

PAGE PAGE 14 PAGE PAGE 12 摘 要 随着社会经济的发展，互联网已经实现全球化，中国的互联网企业在世界上占据主要市场。企业的财务风险随着发展也越来越复杂。乐视网是在中国有一定话语权的互联网上市公司，本着“平台+内容+终端+应用”的模式在互联网行业发展的风生水起。在2008年出现金融危机后中国的经济环境发生了很大的变化，互联网企业也不例外。大部分公司的财务状况不断恶化，出现了很大的财务风险问题，影响着企业的生存和发展。企业的财务风险具有客观性和不确定性，时时刻刻存在着，并且不确定在何时会爆发，所以企业要及时预防财务风险，认真识别并应对财务风险。本文以乐视网企业为例，通过书籍和网络等媒介搜集相关的资料，例如在知网、百度百科、和学校官网下载相关文献，进一步了解互联网下企业财务风险管理等相关现状以及出现的问题，然后进行分析，并能积极应对。 关键词：互联网企业；财务风险；分析 ABSTRACT With development of social economy,the internet has been globalized,Chinese Internet Enterprises occupy the main market in the world.The emergence of Internet Enterprises such as Alibaba,Baidu Encyclopedia,JingDong,VIPshop,etc.With the rapid development of internet enterprises,it turn out that the financial risk of internet enterprises,it turn out that the financial risk of internet enterprises is more complicated.Leeco Enterprises is an internet listed company that has a certain voice in China.The financial situation of most companies is deteriorating,the existence and development of enterprises are affected by the emergence of a great financial risk problem.The financial risk of enterprises has objectivity and uncertainty,Always exists and is not sure when to erupt,therefore,enterprises should prevent the product risk in time.Carefully indentify and respond to financial risks.This paper takes Leeco as an example,collect related materials on Baidu encyclopedia and school’s official website,to further understand the current situation and problems of financial risk management in internet enterprises,and then analyze and activiy deal with it. it.
