PAGE 15 中小房地产企业财务风险的防范与控制—以Z公司为例 摘要：近年来，我国的房地产行业发展迅猛，中小型房地产企业数量不断增多，但激烈的市场竞争和国家的各种政策使中小型房地产企业压力变大，财务风险也相应的随之而来。本文的研究目的是分析中小型企业所面临的不同类型的财务风险，并从企业内部和外部环境找到这些财务风险形成的原因，从投资活动方面和企业运营活动等多方面提出有针对性的防范与控制措施。 最后，以Z公司为例，进行财务风险分析，给出适合Z公司规避财务风险的具体方法。 关键词：中小房地产企业、财务风险、防范、控制 Prevention and Control of Financial Risks in Small and Medium Real Estate Enterprises—Take Company Z as an Example Abstract: In recent years, Chinas real estate industry has developed rapidly, and the number of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises has been increasing.
