PAGE PAGE III 论可立鞋业有限公司外来务工人员融入社会的问题 内 容 摘 要 改革开放以来，大量的农民工流入城市，越来越多农民工到城市务工，一定程度上推进我国进入工业化时代。近四十年来，外来务工人员在城市建设、社会发展中发挥着重要作用，是不可或缺的中坚力量，他们为社会创造的经济增长已远远超过我们的想象。当前，他们的作用已经渗入到社会的方方面面，但是我们对他们关怀甚少。学术界在探讨外来务工人员融入社会问题时，主要以城市管理者的角度进行研究，本文直接通过对可立鞋业有限公司外来务工人员进行问卷调查、访谈，从个体出发发现和研究他们在生活方面、工作方面、心理方面、住房和医疗方面融入社会时存在的问题；通过走访和观察可立鞋业有限公司周边的居住环境、城市建设，结合调查问卷所得数据分析，深入探究可立鞋业外来务工人员在融入社会时遇到的诸多问题，切实了解他们的遭遇、分析需求，并提出可行性的对策和建议。 关键词：外来务工；如何融入社会；对策和建议 PAGE PAGE IV Explore the Problem of Migrant Workers in Keli Corporation Integrate into Local Society Abstract Since the reform and opening up,a large number of migrant workers have entered the city,and more and more migrant workers have come to work in the city to promote China’s entry into the era of industrialization.In the past 40 years, migrant workers have played an important role in urban construction and social development, and they are indispensable backbone forces. Their economic growth for society has far exceeded our imagination.At present, their role has penetrated into all aspects of social life, but we have paid little attention to them.When the academic world examines the dissolution of foreign workers into social problems, study primarily as a city administrator, this paper carries out a questionnaire survey and interview directly to an outpatient worker of Keli Shoes Co., Ltd, and discovers the problems that exist when people dissolve themselves from society and work in life, work, psychology, housing and health care.Through visiting and observing the surrounding residential environment and urban construction of Keli Shoes Co., Ltd, data analysis combined with questionnaire, author explores a lot of problems encountered in the society, understand their circumstances and analyze demand, and propose the measures and suggestions for migrant workers.
