毕业设计 (论文) 课题名称基于 PLC 的教学主楼九层电梯控制系统的研发学生姓名：青明 学号： 系、年级专业机械与能源工程系 2010 级 机械设计制造及其自动化指导教师：李刚 职称副：教授 2016 年 5 月 10 日 邵阳学院毕业设计（论文） 摘要 自改革开放以来，我国的经济飞速发展，楼层少的教室因不能满足教学对空间大小的需求，所以高层教学楼变越来越多，但楼层太高如果要学生步行上下楼不太方便，电 梯正好可以快速高效的运输人上下楼， 也慢慢成为我们日常生活中必不可少的垂直代步设备。作为载人设备，则必须要以人的生命安全为根本，同时教学楼由于学生人数太多 也要满足在不同楼层能快速运行的特点， 所以电梯控制系统必须以安全高效运输为目的 去设计。而 PLC 素以安全、稳定、易控制等特点而著名，所以采用 PLC 作为电梯的控制系统是目前科技发展最佳选择。 本文阐述了可编程序控制器 PLC 在 9 层电梯控制系统中的应用。主要介绍 9 层电梯 PLC 控制系统的系统总体设计方案、设计过程、 PLC 系统组成、电梯系统主要硬件电路、电梯 PLC 控制梯形图、 PLC 指令表、系统组成框图以及程序流程图。并基于对 随机信号逻辑关系的分析和处理进行可编程序控制器 PLC 的编程。 PLC 以其可靠性、逻辑功能强、体积小、能远程通讯、易于计算机接口的优点。采用 PLC 作为电梯的控制系统比采用单片机控制，乘坐电梯将会更加安全舒适，管理维护电梯的工作将会更加轻松高效。 关键字 ：可编程序控制器；电梯；控制系统 I 邵阳学院毕业设计（论文） Abstract Since the beginning of the opening up policy ,the rapid economicdevelopment happened in our country. Less floor of the classroom cant meet the demand of teaching for the size of the space ,so the high-rise building is becoming more and more， but it is not convenient for students walking up and downif the floor is too high. .However the elevator can quickly and efficiently transport people up and down stairs ,and also it slowly become essential vertical transportation in our daily life. As a manned equipment ,it must based on the people ’lifse safety,at the same time, due to a large number of student in teaching building, the elevator can’mt eet the characteristic of quickly transportation in different floors, So the elevator control system must be designed for the purpose of safe and efficient transportation .However, the PLC has a reputation for security and stability of easy control,etc.So the PLC as the elevator control system is the best choice for the development of science and technology.
