集团资金管理研究 PAGE 1 PAGE 1 广州工商学院本科毕业论文（设计） PAGE PAGE 2 集团资金管理研究 ——以广汽集团为例 摘 要 经济全球化的日益发展，加上集团规模的不断扩张，给企业带来了新的挑战和机遇，资金管理在现代集团经营管理中发挥着越来越不可忽略的重要作用。如何合理利用资金，充分调动集团内外部资源，提高集团资金利用效率，有效应对外部风险和满足集团发展成为集团企业的痛点。 本文通过对国内外企业集团资金管理的现状梳理，根据广汽集团资金管理的实际情况，从预算管理、风险预警、人才储备和信息水平等方面提出优化建议，期望能为企业资金管理建设带来些许不同的参考观点，利于为企业的持续健康发展助力，也希望对类似企业提供一点点的借鉴和参考。 关键词：资金管理；预算管理；投资管理；广汽集团 Research on group capital management ——taking GAC group as an example Abstract The increasing development of economic globalization, coupled with the continuous expansion of the groups scale, has brought new challenges and opportunities to enterprises. Fund management plays an increasingly important role in the management of modern groups. How to use funds reasonably, fully mobilize the internal and external resources of the group, improve the groups capital utilization efficiency, effectively respond to external risks and satisfy the groups development has become the pain point of the group enterprise. By combing the current situation of domestic and foreign enterprise group capital management, this article puts forward suggestions for optimization in terms of budget management, risk warning, talent reserve, and information level according to the actual situation of Guangzhou Automobile Group ’s capital management, and hopes to bring a little to enterprise capital management. Different reference points are helpful for the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises, and they hope to provide a little reference and reference for similar enterprises.
