PAGE II PAGE II 强盛石材有限公司流动性员工供需的研究 内 容 摘 要 中、小微企业作为我国社会经济发展的重要活跃力量，近年来中小微企业的快速发展，解决了大部分城镇及周边新生和再就业人口的就业问题。由于国际劳动要素的快速变化，以劳动力为生产要素的劳动密集型企业受到严峻挑战，以及企业本身存在淡旺季用工的性质，不少中小微企业开始采用区别于全日制用工的多种用工形式。这种用工方式是企业和流动性员工的共同选择，也是中小微型企业在发展过程中会遇到的难题。此种用工方式的使用会增加中小微型企业经营风险，长此以往必然导致企业不健康发展，基于此，本文通过研究（惠州）强盛石材有限公司的流动性员工供需情况，对中小微企业使用流动性员工风险成本和隐患进行SWOT分析，建立分析模型，分析中小微企业环境、外在需求和内在需求等变量对流动性工作选择工作的影响，对企业使用流动性员工的可能性进行量化，在分析问题的基础，提出解决问题的建议和方案。 关键词：中小微型企业；流动性员工；供需 ；风险；对策 Research on supply and demand of mobile employees in Qiangsheng Stone Corporation Abstract As an important and active force of social and economic development in China, the rapid development of small and micro enterprises in recent years has solved the employment problem of new and re employed population in most cities and towns and their surrounding areas. Due to the rapid changes of international labor factors, labor-intensive enterprises with labor as the production factor are facing severe challenges, and the nature of employment in the slack and peak seasons of the enterprise itself, many enterprises begin to use a variety of employment forms different from full-time employment. This kind of employment mode and the common choice of enterprises and mobile employees are also encountered by micro enterprises in the development process.The use of this employment mode will increase the risk of micro enterprises, which will inevitably lead to the unhealthy development of enterprises.
