PAGE II PAGE II 物业公司基层员工绩效考核问题研究 ——以碧桂园物业公司为例 内 容 摘 要 绩效考核是现代企业人力资源管理的重要组成部分,它的正确有效实施,能够正确地评价员工的业绩,提高员工的工作效率,增强企业的核心竞争力。本文以广东省碧桂园物业公司粤东片区子公司(以下论文中以“汕碧”作为其简称)的基层员工绩效考核为研究对象,探讨了考核中存在的实际问题,试图为其提出优化措施。 首先,介绍了本文的研究背景、研究意义和国内外研究现状,确定了论文的主要内容。总结绩效考核的相关理论知识,为下文的论文提供了充实的理论基础。其次,经过认真的调查分析,利用问卷调查法、文献综述等方法了解到公司基层员工绩效考核存在着考核主体对考核目的不明确、考核指标不够细化及考核方法选择不恰当等问题。针对上述问题,论文先对公司当前采用的考核方法及考核模式进行分析,深入剖析存在问题的原因。最后,针对存在的问题,从思想认知,考核实际操作及考核结果三个方面提出保障性的措施.明确了考核前应动员员工,设计合理有效的考核指标,制定员工考核动态的反馈机制,丰富绩效考核的结果运用。 论文从基层员工视角出发研究物业公司绩效考核存在的问题,基于碧桂园物业公司在行业中的典型代表性,论文的研究与探索不仅对其子公司具有启发作用,对类似物业管理企业提升绩效管理水平也具有借鉴意义。 关键词:绩效考核;考核方法;考核指标;结果运用 Research on Performance Appraisal of Grass-roots Staff In Real Estate Company —— Country Garden Property Company As An Example Abstract Performance appraisal is an important part of human resource management in modern enterprises. Its correct and effective implementation can correctly evaluate the performance of employees, improve their work efficiency and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. This article takes the performance appraisal of the grass-roots staff of Guangdong Province Country Garden property company Guangdong East Area Subsidiary Company (in the following paper takes Shan Bi as its abbreviation) as the research object, and probes into the actual problems in the appraisal, trying to come up with an optimization for it. First of all, this paper introduces the research background, research significance and research status at home and abroad, determine the main content of the paper. Summarize the relevant theoretical knowledge of performance appraisal, provide a solid theoretical basis for the following papers. Secondly, after careful investigation and analysis, by using the methods of questionnaire and Literature Review, we find that there are some problems in the performance appraisal of the grass-roots employees, such as the unclear purpose of the appraisal subject, the lack of detail of the appraisal index, and the improper choice of the appra
