普乐美厨卫有限公司招聘中的问题及对策研究
内 容 摘 要
厨卫行业随着人们生活水平的提高,已经不能满足消费者个性化求美、求新的需求,厨卫产品智能优化升级是当前行业发展的明显趋势,想要在厨卫行业占有一席之地,招聘人才十分重要。本文以厨卫行业中的普乐美有限公司为研究对象。运用文献研究法和访谈法对招聘工作进行研究,分析该公司招聘管理过程中出现招聘计划缺乏科学性、招聘实施过程不合理、人才甄选方法单一,标准模糊、招聘效果评估缺乏等问题,造成这些原因是由高层领导对招聘的不重视、招聘基础工作薄弱、招聘团队不完善,素质差异大、招聘流程不科学、人员流失率高导致的。针对这些问题和原因,本文提出制定科学的招聘计划、选择合理的招聘渠道,优化招聘流程、选择合适的人才甄选方法、制定科学的招聘评估体系等对策,保证招聘工作的有序进行,提高企业在厨卫市场的竞争力。

Abstract
With the improvement of peoples living standards, the kitchen and toilet industry has been unable to meet the personalized needs of consumers for beauty and innovation. The intelligent optimization and upgrading of kitchen and bathroom products is an obvious trend in the current industry development. I want to occupy a place in the kitchen and bathroom industry. Talent is very important. This article takes the Primy Co., Ltd. in the kitchen and bathroom industry as the research object. The literature research method and interview method were used to study the recruitment work, and analysis of the company ’s recruitment management process caused the lack of scientific recruitment plan, unreasonable recruitment implementation process, single talent selection method, lack of standard fuzzy recruitment effect evaluation and other problems, which caused these reasons It is caused by the lack of attention paid by senior leaders to recruitment, weak recruitment basic work, imperfect recruitment team, large differences in quality, unscientific recruitment process, and high turnover rate.
