PAGE IV 人工智能对现代企业管理的挑战与对策研究 内 容 摘 要 随着现代经济的持续繁荣，人工智能产业飞速发展，其技术的迭代更新也随之愈加完善，对于现代企业来说，人工智能就像一把双刃剑，有利有弊，运用得当便可获得巨大的是市场先机和利益。人工智能技术在企业管理的应用越来越广泛，这必将推动组织的变革，对现代企业管理产生影响，其中，简单、机械性的行为方式及运作模式，将直接面对人工智能技术的冲击。当下，我国已经出现了许多机械代替人工的例子，许多自助型机器遍布在公共设施场所里，影响着人们的行为和思维。 本文基于人工智能技术的发展，对现代企业管理的生产、运营、决策、人力资源管理等方面进行分析，运用文献调研、观察分析法探究其中存在的关系和影响，针对企业现存的问题提出了培养知识型员工、转变生产运营方式等策略，为现代企业经营管理提供参考意见。 关键词：人工智能；现代企业管理；挑战  Research on Challenges and Countermeasures of Artificial Intelligence to Modern Enterprise Management Abstract With the continuous prosperity of modern economy and the rapid development of artificial intelligence industry, the iterative update of its technology is also becoming more and more perfect. For modern enterprises, artificial intelligence is like a double-edged sword, with advantages and disadvantages. If it is used properly, it can obtain huge market opportunities and benefits. The application of AI technology in enterprise management is more and more extensive, which will promote the change of organization and influence the modern enterprise management. Among them, the simple and mechanical behavior and operation mode will directly face the impact of AI technology. At present, there have been many examples of machines replacing human beings in our country. Many self-help machines are all over the public facilities, affecting peoples behavior and thinking. Based on the development of artificial intelligence technology, this paper analyzes the production, operation, decision-making, human resource management and other aspects of modern enterprise management, uses literature research, observation and analysis method to explore the relationship and influence, and puts forward strategies such as training knowledgeable employees, changing production and operation mode, aiming at the existing problems of enterprises, so as to provide reference for modern enterprise management .
