本科生毕业设计（论文） 摘 要 双面贴标机适用于在方形产品包装物的上下两面进行贴标，其应用场合十分 广泛。目前市场对该机需求量很大，无论是医疗行业，还是食品行业，其需要进 行双面贴标包装的物品很多，因此设计一台与之相匹配的双面贴标机定能取得很 好的社会经济效益。 本说明书阐述了本机的研究背景和意义，论述了双面贴标机在国内外的发展 状况,介绍了本次设计研究的内容及方法。本次设计的重点是双面贴标机的总体 方案、双面贴标机的输送装置、分盒装置和输出装置，在此基础上进行了运动和 结构设计。本次设计的输送装置是通过带传动来实现盒输送的；分盒装置是通过 输送装置两侧的分盒盘来实现分盒；输出装置是通过输送链板来实现盒输送的。 由于夹紧输入装置上设有光电传感器把信号传给PLC 实现了机器的全自动，同时 该机还有结构简单、造价低、无污染、密封可靠、噪声小和人机功能合理的特点。 关键词：双面；贴标机；分盒；输送 I 本科生毕业设计（论文） Abstract A labelling for packaging materials products in the square of the two sides to the labelling and its applications. at present a wide market for this machine is in great demand, the medical industry, it is the food industry, the need for a labelling and packing goods, so a match with a labelling machine will be a good social and economic returns.
