PAGE PAGE PAGE B油田转油站的设计 Design of transfer station in B oilfield 摘 要 转油站是油田地面集输系统中重要的组成部分，是继油田勘探、开发及采油工程之后重要的的生产阶段。它是把数座计量站来油集中在一起，进行油气分离、油气计量、加热沉降和油气转输等作业的中型油站，又叫集油站。 本次设计的是日产液量3000，日产油量1600m3的转油站工程的初步工艺设计。首先，站内根据平面布置划分为污水处理区、配电区、消防区、辅助生产区等。其次，本站采用密闭工艺流程，包括正常流程、无泵流程、停电流程等。最后，根据任务书所给的油品日处理量及设计参数经过水力计算后，最终确定站内主要设备的类型及台数，并绘制该转油站的总平面布置图以及工艺流程图。 关键词：转油站；工艺流程；三相分离器；电脱水器 ABSTRACT The transfer station is an important part of the surface gathering and transportation system of oil field, and it is an important production stage after the exploration, development and oil recovery engineering of oil field. It is a mediumsized oil station, also called gathering station, which concentrates the oil from several metering stations to carry out oil and gas separation, oil and gas metering, heating and settling, oil and gas transfer and other operations. This design is the daily liquid capacity of 3000, daily oil production of 1600m3 of the transfer station engineering preliminary process design. Firstly, according to the layout, the station is divided into oil sewage treatment area, power distribution area, fire protection area, auxiliary production area, etc. Secondly, the site uses closed process, including the normal process, no pump process, power outage process. Finally, according to the daily oil processing capacity and design parameters given by the task book after hydraulic calculation, Finally determine the type and number of the main equipment in the station, and draw the total layout of the transfer station and process flow chart.
