PAGE PAGE 22 摘 要 本研究旨在探讨北理珠校园公共交通安全管理在校园巴士、校内外机动车、校园共享单车和其他车辆、道路管理和管理队伍以及个人交通安全意识五个层面的现状及存在的问题，通过问卷调查了解北理珠学生及教职工群体对校园公共交通安全管理的满意度，通过访谈了解关于校园公共交通安全管理工作在以上五个层面的开展现状，总结出北理珠校园公共交通安全管理存在的问题及其成因，最后结合问题的成因分析提出相关优化建议，包括重视校园巴士监管，及时调整运行制度；严控机动车辆速度，强化机动车辆管理；合理设置车桩数量，提高维修维护效率；规范校园道路管理，强化管理队伍素质；加强学校引导教育，提高个人自律意识。希望本文能为校园公共交通安全管理工作的有效提高提供参考。 关键词：大学校园；公共交通；安全管理 Abstract The purpose of this study is to explore the current situation and existing problems of public traffic safety management in Beijing Institute of Technology, Zhuhai campus from five aspects: campus buses, internal and external motor vehicles, campus shared bicycles and other vehicles , road management and management team, and personal traffic safety awareness. Through a questionnaire survey, we understand the satisfaction of Beijing Institute of Technology, Zhuhai campuss students and faculty members on campus public traffic safety management. Through interviews, we can find out the current situation of campus public traffic safety management in the above five aspects, and summarize the existing problems and their causes in the public traffic safety management. Finally, put forward relevant optimization suggestions which combined with the analysis of the cause. For example, paying attention to the supervision of campus buses and adjusting the operation system in time; strictly control the speed of motor vehicles and strengthen the management of motor vehicles; being reasonable to set of vehicle piles and improve maintenance efficiency; standardize the management of campus roads and strengthen the quality of management teams; strengthen school guidance education and improve personal self-discipline awareness. I hope that this paper can provide a reference for the effective improvement of campus public traffic safety management.
