Limit switch box and positioner can be mounted easily on top of the actuator because the mounting holes comply with NAMUR standard. ② Actuator Body The extruded aluminum alloy ASTM6005 Body is treated with hard anodized and wire-drawing. ③ End Caps The aluminum alloy end cap is powder polyester painted with orange. ④ Stroke adjustment The two stroke adjustment bolts can adjust ±5° at open or close position. 1 2. Operating Conditions 1) Operating media Dry or lubricated air, or the non-corrosive gases. The maximum particle diameter must less than 30μm. 2) Compress air pressure. The minimum compress air pressure is 2.5bar. The maximum compress air pressure is 8bar. Beyond this range will make the pneumatic actuator defect or damage. 3) Operating temperature -20°C ~ +80°C 4) Installation Place Indoor or outdoor. 5) Mounting Standard Pneumatic actuator bottom mounting connection is designed according to ISO 5211. 6) Compress air connection Air supply connection is designed with NAMUR mounting holes for installing solenoid valves. 2 3.
