本 科 毕 业 设 计 题目: 减速器箱体机械加工工艺及夹具设计 摘 要 首先减速器箱体要进行基本的结构和工艺分析。通过要求的技术参数进行系统的分析各要求加工的面及孔的加工方法，确认粗精基准，接下来，拟定加工路线。本设计是减速箱机械加工工艺及夹具设计。我们在规划加工工艺的时候，先要对零件的结构特点、作用和加工规律进行详细的分析，然后再确定出一个合理的加工方案，保证加工的质量。由于减速器箱的精度要求较高，一些主平面的加工必须采用粗铣和精铣。加工一些孔时，必须先粗镗，再精镗。由于加工质量直接影响其性能和使用寿命，所以每一道工序都必须满足其零件的要求。同时，通过准确的计算，保证了毛胚的大小和偏差。 此外，本设计的生产类型是大量生产，为了提高劳动生产率，降低劳动强度，保证加工质量，我们需要设计专用夹具，我们在本课题中设计的是精镗?90轴孔，采用镗床夹具。 关键词：减速器箱体；专用夹具；工艺规程； ABSTRACT Firstly, Through the analysis of the required technical parameters, the processing methods of each required surface and hole are systematically analyzed, and the rough and fine benchmarks are confirmed.
