摘 要 对本文所设计的去毛刺专用机床来说，在零件加工领域应用较广，主要用于去毛刺。究其原因，主要还在于它的控制系统是一种特殊的程序控制系统，不仅融合国内较为先进的电气、机械和液压技术，还具备了一定的动作程序互锁特性，因此无论是在自动化的程度，还是其生产水平方面，都变得无可挑剔，而且操作过程简单便捷，维修难度相对较小。从某种意义上来说，这一系统是电气控制系统的改进版，它顺利地将可编程控制器控制系统引入到原有的继电器控制系统产品之上。它是通过外部的电气控制系统来有效控制电磁阀的逻辑程序的，如此便能很好地去除各类零件上的毛刺。 在具体设计的过程中，本文基于机械生产的实际需求，分别从专用机床的电控装置、电气控制系统的全过程的设计图样入手，而且所选可编程控制器的功能是相当齐全的，可对有效控制机床电气控制系统的气压回路，以确保整个零件加工过程的去毛刺任务的顺利完成。 关键词　主轴电机;去毛刺电气控制系统;机床电气控制;PLC Abstract For the special deburring machine designed in this paper, it is widely used in the field of parts processing, mainly used for deburring. The main reason is that its control system is a special program control system, which not only integrates the more advanced electrical, mechanical and hydraulic technologies in the country, but also has certain interlocking characteristics of action programs, so whether it is automated or not. The degree, or the level of its production, has become impeccable, and the operation process is simple and convenient, and the maintenance difficulty is relatively small. In a sense, this system is an improved version of the electrical control system that smoothly introduces the programmable controller control system onto the original relay control system. It is an external electrical control system to effectively control the logic of the solenoid valve, so that the burrs on various parts can be well removed. In the process of specific design, based on the actual demand of mechanical production, this paper starts from the design of the whole process of the electronic control device and electrical control system of the special machine tool, and the function of the selected programmable controller is quite complete. Effectively control the pneumatic circuit of the machines electrical control system to ensure the smooth completion of the deburring task of the entire part processing.
