论珠三角地区女性劳动力职业发展的困境及对策分析.docVIP

PAGE PAGE 20 摘 要 随着我国社会经济的深度发展以及高等教育事业的不断普及，具有高等教育与新时代思想的女性在我国各行各业的岗位发挥出重要作用，成为我国发展中不可或缺的一支重要的人力资源力量。但来自个人、组织及社会的多方面影响，我国女性职业生涯发展出现了诸多的问题，而如何帮助女性增强职业发展规划，并通过合理的职业规划对自己的人生有清楚的认知，则成为了十分重要的研究议题。 论文以珠三角地区女性职业生涯发展困境为研究主体，结合相关理论及国内外在此方面的研究成果，采用调查问卷的形式，对珠三角地区女性职业发展现状进行分析，并对造成该地区女性职业发展困境的因素与问题进行深入研究，通过研究发现珠三角地区女性职业缺乏清晰的职业发展规划、珠三角地区企业不重视女性劳动力的职业发展规划以及珠三角地区社会轻视女性劳动力等问题，并剖析产生问题的因素，有针对性的提出解决对策。 关键词：珠三角地区；女性劳动力；职业发展困境；对策分析 Abstract With the deep development of our countrys social economy and the continuous popularization of higher education, women with higher education and new era thought play an important role in the key posts of various industries in our country, and become an indispensable human resource force in the development of our country. However, due to the influence of individuals, organizations and society, many problems have arisen in the career planning of women in China, and how to help women in China to enhance their career planning and have a clear understanding of their own life through reasonable career planning has become a very important research topic. Thesis on Womens Career Planning Dilemma in the Pearl River Delta Region In order to summarize the present situation of womens career development in the Pearl River Delta region by means of questionnaire, and analyze the factors and problems that cause the dilemma of womens career development in the Pearl River Delta region, the lack of clear career planning for women in the Pearl River Delta region, the lack of attention to women’s career planning for enterprises in the Pearl River Delta region and the social contempt for women workers in the Pearl River Delta region are discussed.
