It is a basic issue of peoples livelihood. It is not only related to our living environment, but also an important manifestation of social civilization; However, at present, Chinas garbage classification policies have not been perfected, and the corresponding measures have not been popularized in various provinces and municipalities. The national garbage classification awareness is relatively weak, and the knowledge of garbage classification has not been popularized. This article will use Reactnative to develop a cross-platform mobile terminal convenience application that integrates the functions of garbage classification knowledge popularization, old material recycling, community communication, etc. from the perspective of software engineering, which is from requirements design to coding implementation testing. In the era of network informationization, we should make better use of the rapid spread and convenience of the Internet. Promote the simple and interesting implementation of garbage classification by terminal applications, so that garbage can be recycled. And it also can improve the efficiency of resource utilization, change peoples lives and consumption methods, and truly establish a green life concept and lifestyle. Classification is between the fingers, civilization is in the heart, everyone is a beneficiary and an actor as well.
