The phenomenon of invisible dual nationality has become more and more serious. New situations and new forms have continued to appear. Many countries have changed from single nationality to recognition of dual nationality.The issue of dual nationality has become the focus of nationality legislation reforms in recent years, and has also attracted the attention of many scholars and overseas Chinese in my country. Whether it is necessary and possible for our country to recognize dual nationality, what kind of mode it adopts to recognize dual nationality, and how to arrange specific rules have become the focus of discussion.
