学 士 学 位 论 文 竹笋去皮机设计说明书 学 号 姓 名 院 系 专 业 指导教师 年 月 摘 要 竹笋，是幼竹茎干的幼嫩生长部分，可作为蔬菜食用。食用部分为初生、嫩肥、短壮的芽或鞭。竹笋一直以来都被当做菜中珍品，不仅以其独特的味道吸引着人们的味蕾，而且其药用价值也促使人们对其追捧。但是由于竹笋加工过程中存在的诸多问题，制约着其发展。目前的竹笋大多是手工剥皮或者将竹笋煮熟后进行剥皮，由于手工费时费力且具有一定的危险性，而熟笋剥皮不能满足一些加工的需要，所以，开发一种全新的加工设备就显得尤为重要。本文提出了一种竹笋去皮机，关键部位为同向旋转的薄皮辊，辊上一段制有传动螺纹，可以使竹笋进给并进行初步去皮，末端具有突刺结构，可以对竹笋皮完全去除，设备还包括电机，入料斗，压笋机构，机架，电控部分，传动装置等部分。基于UG平台，建立了竹笋去皮机的虚拟样机，并绘制了二维工程图。 关键词：竹笋；去皮；虚拟样机 全套图纸加扣 3346389411或3012250582 The design of automatic rope skipping machine Abstract: Bamboo shoots, is the young young growth part of bamboo stem, only can be used as a vegetable. Edible part is the primary, tender, fat, short strong bud or whip. Treasures of bamboo shoot has always been as his dishes, not only for its unique flavor to attract peoples taste buds, and its medicinal value and prompt people to its popularity. But due to the existing problems of bamboo shoots processing process, restricts its development.
