PAGE PAGE 31 摘 要 基坑工程作为施工中重要的分部工程，基坑开挖方案选择不仅与自身工程的建筑物、构筑物的安全相关，还会对周边环境的土体稳定性、自身工程的造价、工期等产生影响。因此选择合理、适用的基坑开挖方案，对基坑工程来说具有保障工程安全性、经济性、科学性等现实意义。本文通过查找基坑工程相关文献，研究基坑开挖施工方法，对基坑开挖的不同施工方法施工工艺适用条件优缺点进行技术、经济的比对分析。以广州市的某基坑工程作为案例，针对技术、经济两方面进行开挖方案的对比研究，得出最优的基坑开挖方案,为基坑开挖方案的对比选择提供一定的参考。 关键词：基坑工程 方案分析 开挖 明挖法 Abstract In modern society, the demand for the buildings and structures is increasing, which causes the quality requirements for buildings and structures correspondingly higher. Foundation pit excavation is an important part of the whole construction process. The selection of foundation pit excavation scheme not only involves the security of building or structure, but also has an impact on the stability of the surrounding soil, the cost of construction itself, the construction period, etc. Therefore, When the practitioners of construction industry build the buildings and structures, Choosing a rational and applicative foundation pit excavation scheme has practical significance for foundation pit engineering to ensure the construction security, economy and scientific. In this paper, through researching relevant background and significance of the foundation pit excavation, studying the methods of foundation pit excavation, analyzes the construction techniques of various methods, summarizes the applicable conditions, advantages and disadvantages of the foundation pit excavation methods. Finally, summarizing the technical and economic analysis methods of the foundation pit excavation. Taking the foundation pit case in Guangzhou as an example. According to fully comparative analysis, this paper draws the best conclusion of foundation pit excavation. Eventually, this paper hopes also to provide some reference of foundation pit excavation scheme.
