First of all, the purpose and significance of capital structure optimization are expounded in combination with relevant literature at home and abroad. By discussing the status quo of the capital structure of Zhuhai Guangtong Vehicle Manufacturing Company, this paper puts forward the problems of insufficient capital, unreasonable debt structure and unreasonable equity structure. The reasons for the problems in the companys capital structure are mainly due to the poor profitability of the company, the shortage of funds caused by the companys upgrading and transformation, and the lack of financing channels.
