摘要 伴随着我国经济的快速发展，中国的汽车工业国际化程度日益提高，人 的汽车 拥有率也逐步上升。目前，解决停车难这一问题显得十分迫切。此时，一种多停车 位、少利用空间、使用方便、操作简单的 “立体车库”孕育而生。立体车库是一种基 于单层平面停车场、多平面的空间停车车库，通过可编程控制器控制车位空间位置的 变动，使车位能够实现空间到平面的转化，实现多重单层平面停车的功能。 在分析了国内外现有立体车库功能及特点的基础上，本文将介绍一种以PLC 为核 心的垂直升降式立体车库。首先对垂直升降式立体车库的硬件部分进行了设计与研 究，并阐述了立体车库自动存取车辆的工作原理。其次，对立体车库软件部分，给出 了PLC 的I/O 端口分配，程序流程图以及程序等。最后，通过MCGS 组态软件，对立 体车库的存取车界面进行了设计。 垂直升降式立体车库；可编程控制器；工作原理；MCGS 组态 Abstract With the rapid development of China,the degree of auto industry internationalization is increasing day by day .Also,the cars’ ownership rates are gradually rising. At present, the problem of sovling the difficulty in parking is extremely urgent . At this point, a multi parking space, less use of space, easy to use, simple operation of “stereo garage” is born . Stereo garage is a parking garage based on single plane parking lot, multiple planar space.It realizes the function of multiple single plane parking through the PLC to control the change of the parking spaces position and achieve space to plane transformation . Based on the analysis of the functions and characteristics of the existing stereo garage at home and abroad, this paper will introduce a kind of vertical lifting stereo garage with PLC as the core. Firstly ，the hardware part of vertical lifting stereo garage is designed and researched.Then it will expound the working principle of stereo garage’s automatic access of vehicles. Secondly, for the software of the stereo garage ，it will give I/O port assignments of PLC, the program flowchart and procedures etc.. Finally, through the MCGS configuration software, it will design the interface of parking and lefting of vehicle of the stereo garage. Key words Vertical lifting stereo
