目前，我国包装机械行业水平还不是很高，虽然部分国内机械的生产已 满足大 部分国内的需求并且还有出口，但出口额与进口额相差甚远，大部分还是依赖进口。 国外的设备价格昂贵，增加了国内生产商的压力和成本。国内的枕式包装机虽然 基 本满足生产的要求，但在包装速度和包装精度上还需要进一步提高。所以在中国机械 行业我们必须发扬我们刻苦钻研的精神，提高我们独立开发的 力。 本文介绍了基于国产信捷PLC 系统的枕式包装机的基本工艺和流程。文章先介绍 了基于PLC 系统的枕式包装机的工艺流程及总体要求，控制系统硬件结构及设计，工 作原理等来说明PLC 在枕式包装机的运行过程中的应用。本系统还设计了人机界面， 可以很直观地检测PLC 的运行状况并 很容易的获知包装袋的长度。 然而本系统也存在一定的缺陷，整个系统偏于简单，在具体的精度上并未达到很 高的要求，这就需要在以后的设计中不断改善。 枕式包装机；PLC；工艺流程；人机界面 Abstract At present, the packaging machinery industry level is not high in our country.Although some domestic mechanical manufacturing has been able to meet the needs of most of the domestic and export, but exports is far from imports , most still rely on imports.Foreign equipment is expensive, increased pressure and cost on domestic producers.Domestic pillow packaging machine, although can basically meet the production requirements, but also on the packing speed and accuracy of the need to further improve.So we must promote the spirit of our studies assiduously, improve our ability of independent development in hinas machinery industry . Introduced in this paper, based on the XINJE PL system of the domestic letter pillow packaging machine, the basic process and process.The article first introduces the technological process of pillow packaging machine based on PL system and overall requirements, control system hardware structure and design, working principle and to explain the process of PL in the pillow packaging machine running the application .This system also designs the man-machine interface, can directly detect the running status of PL and can easily learn the length of the bag. This system also has some shortcomings, however, the whole system should be simple, in concrete has not reached the requirements of high precision, this needs in the later design continue to improve.
