家装行业在近几年迅速发展，市面上同类型公司很多，竞争十分激烈。 以秦皇岛仁晟建筑装饰工程有限公司为例，运用对比法、访谈法、问卷调查法和文献研究法，分析财务报表，发现公司的营业利润率和净利率下降，毛利率增多；近两年公司的资产报酬率和资金收益率降低；成本费用利润率和利息保障倍数出现不稳定变化。再联系对财务人员和领导的访问资料和公司的现实状况，给出的对策是减少固定资产的投入、完善应收账款制度、关注存货处理问题、改变借款方式、降低采购成本、原材料成本和减少期间费用。 关键词：家装行业 盈利 竞争 财务报表 Analysis of the Company’s Profitability ——taking Qinhuangdao RenSheng Building Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd.as an Example Abstract The home improvement industry has rapidly discovered in recent years that there are many companies of the same type on the market, and the companys profit and development are facing a test. Taking Qinhuangdao Rensheng Building Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. as an example, using the methods of comparison, interview, questionnaire survey and literature research, the financial statements are analyzed. The operating profit rate, operating profit rate and net interest rate of the existing company are decreased and the gross profit rate is increased. In the past two years, the return on assets and the return on capital of the company have decreased. Cost, expense, profit margin and interest guarantee multiple are unstable. In the light of the interview data with the financial personnel and leaders of the company and the current situation of the company, the countermeasures are to reduce the investment in fixed assets, perfect the accounts receivable system, pay attention to the inventory disposal problem, perfect the loan system, reduce the purchase cost, the cost of raw materials and reduce the period cost.
